WHY NUT-FREE?
When she was diagnosed with life-threatening peanut and tree nut allergies in 2018, Sara found it incredibly challenging to find nut-free, low-carb recipes that she enjoyed eating. Since her diagnosis, she has learned how to cook recipes that are peanut-free, tree nut-free, and keto-friendly.
